Beer keg filling and washing machine

1. The control unit adopts siemens PLC controller, the whole progress is automatic control, one key operation,washing progress, sterilization and pressure backup being finished automatically. 

2. With keg spear counter washing function.

3. Two water box installed(clean water and alkali water), with electric heating function, the temperature can be adjusted, alkali water, sterilized water can be used circularly.

4. With pneumatic angle seat valve, operation is reliable. 

5. The equipment frame, platform, piping, valves are all stainless steel, pipes and pneumatic system adopts fully sealed type, the equipment is beautiful and durable.

6.  During operation, the craft/program can be changed as customers actual requirement, if there is any different progress, set to 0.

This machine is designed for the washing and sterilizing work of all kinds of beer refreshing containers (including stainless steel keg and plastic beer keg). And this machine can do the works washing, sterilizing and CO2 pressure preparing automatically.
